Dear ADUC, on 10/12/2007 I have a contract for an English course at Wallstreet Institute (WSI below) and payment of Rome I was made to sign a financing Citifin with a total of 16 installments, on 28/02/2008 first installment. After a couple of days I realized that the consultant school had failed to tell me some key points including the inability to withdraw. On 13/12/2007 I have exercised my right of withdrawal, as prescribed by law, both to the financial and towards the WSI. At first, the WSI was opposed, but after seeking the help of a lawyer friend of mine gave me and sent me a credit note for the amount of approximately € 2,500.00. To speed up the process I have sent all the documents in my possession, including credit memo and letter of acceptance withdrawal, the financial planning to quickly resolve the issue. In March, I am contacted by a debt collection company, the MARAN, why was the first installment is not paid, again I sent all the documentation to prove that they had no right to call me and I threatened legal action if I had been contacted. In late March, I am contacted by another debt collection company which had passed my practice and I am told that they had received accepting the withdrawal by the WSI, and then my case was closed, which really is been done. On 28/04/2008 I requested access to my data in the database of the CRIF and I discovered, to my amazement, that two installments were not paid and therefore has provided the financial know. On 05/12/2008 the call for financial explanations, and I say to them is not yet a refund by WSI. On 13/05/2008 I contacted the head office of WSI and the person who had followed the withdrawal of my practice I have been assured that the money was returned to the budget in February, namely the 25th day, in fact I left the copy of the bank where it is actually paid to Citicorp. Now the installments are not paid after three months at 3 and still is not anything financial. This, in my opinion, is something very serious that is allowed to do in these companies. I already asked my lawyer to seek legal action against the financial, but I want you to know how to behave in this case and what are my rights. Can I apply for property damage e morali? Risposta dell'ADUC dovra' necessariamente agire giudizialmente, a questo punto. Quanto alla ragione, le consigliamo di fare le dovute valutazioni con il suo legale, poiche' non si puo' dare un consiglio del genere senza leggere attentamente i due contratti, con WSI e con la finanziaria, per comprendere il grado di collegamento fra i due.
