Service is not satisfactory for an English course Marilena are in Milan and on 23/07/2008 I enrolled in an English course at the Wall Street Institute, two days later, unfortunately, I found myself looking house and I thought immediately to exercise the power 'to withdraw. So I send the various recommendations within the prescribed period. on 31/07/2008 I get the bill for the course of € 3521.00 and a summary sheet from consum.it of (company 'funding, as I had requested a deferred payment). I think it's normal 'cause it was a documentation already' prepared. The day I receive from 29/08/2008 consum.it a letter saying that my contract remains in place and that my request for withdrawal is rejected. Panic .... inform me on the Internet and discovered that this school has this defect, and who was protected by an attorney he was out. I sent several e-mail to see what was happening and I respond by saying that the right of withdrawal and 'valid only if outside a home wsi.e now that I can do? Unfortunately I can not be more 'cost of a permit being so high, earning € 1000 (but' are under a contract of six months) will spend 740 of rent, how do I pay for a course? I would like you as 'too soon for your help' cause I've never attended a single hour of the course and that the financing party in October so I have not yet paid nothing if not € 200 as deposit / registration. L'unico interesse per loro è il vostro denaro e nient'altro, il Monte dei Paschi di Siena evidentemente ha pensato bene di non apparire direttamente dietro questi contratti con la Wsi cosi li fa gestire da Consum.it? un ottimo metodo, ora ricordatevi quando vedete consum.it e MPS di stare bene in guardia con i finanziamenti. Per marilena che cosa posso dirti? l'unico utente che è riuscito a recedere è Danio e lo puoi contattare sul nostro forum ma ti dico già che per poterti avvalere del diritto di recedere non è affatto semplice vista la risposta che ti hanno già dato, con molta probabilità ti servirà un avvocato + le spese varie, è già comunque qualcosa che tu abbia fatto le raccomandate di recesso, visita il nostro forum e troverai una discussione con tanto di lettera con cui Danio ha ottenuto il recesso, credo che in materia di norma europea tu possa far valere qualche norma introdotta di recente, in bocca al lupo.
