IN QUESTO MONDO DI LADRI
5 Marzo 2008.
Io sarei disposto a pagare also a penalty in a benign and resolve our contract, but they seem very attached to the money already paid by the financial. Think of having to pay for another 14 months for a monthly installment of 160 € without having anything in his hands is terrible ... it's like having a noose around his neck. What can I do? Thanks in advance. PS: I am a freelancer with VAT

Answer dell'ADUC must inevitably refer to the contract, 'cause there is no fixed references and unique about the "right reasons". The point is not 'so terminate (this I will be able' to do quite easily), how to know if you have to pay penalties and assess the entity '. Here too, rules Overall there are few, if not general purpose but that 'still be brought to the attention of a judge, if it is not an agreement. Certainly, in the face of documented reasons and "sensible" (does not count in this case a "do not have more 'wants' or' I thought we") may request and obtain a penalty of about 30% of the total in the contract. If the contract talk differently, or if the other party still does not agree, you should (we repeat) initiate a dispute, perhaps starting with a peace settlement with the court or the local chamber of commerce. These, if necessary, instructions:
