Quando si può recedere...

Gentile ADUC, I turn to you for a consultation. I have read others consulted on the issue but my situation is slightly different. And being a bit 'different I hope can be resolved. Saturday, 07/11/2009 I have a contract for an English course at the offices of Wall Street Institute in Ostia (Rome), Via Aristide Carabelli (via a different route from his place of Ostia indicated on the contract who is the Way of the yachts, but the contract where there is indication that there is a crossed out), with whom I have also signed a contract for consumer credit. However, within hours of the signing I realized I wanted to (but do not know if I exercise) to exercise the right of withdrawal because it can be prevented from providing financial support.
My situation on the financing contract is as follows:
-ho signed the financing contract calling for payment by RID but since I did not have with me the IBAN this was not indicated on the contract (I should call the advisors of Wall Street Monday To find out and so to complete the contract)

- L'INIZIO DEL PAGAMENTO è A PARTIRE DAL 03/01/2010
-ho stipulato il contratto in una sede di Wall street insitute e non nella sede della Consel spa (la società che mi dovrebbe concedere il finanziamento)
- nel contratto c'è una parte in cui vi è scritto "Fascicolo informativo delle coperture assicurative facoltative. Polizza Collettive n.G630 e T94/59/837347 (Mod. TCO 07/09-Luglio 2009)". Il presente fascicolo comprende: nota informativa, glossario e condizioni di assicurazione. Tra queste ultime all'art 4. c' è il diritto di recesso: "L'aderente può recedere dalle polizze entro 30 giorni dalla dati di decorrenza, dandone comunicazione alla contraente a mezzo di lettera registered letter with return receipt. The termination of the contract determines the termination of insurance coverage, from 24.00 on the day of shipment and the return of the registered customer, through the contractor, the premium paid, net of taxes. "
My situation on the contract between me and The Wall Street Institute is as follows:
-I have not started the course, my 1 ° lez. should be the 12/11
-the contract is signed in its entirety, including date-
in the contract is the following clause: RIGHT 'TO RETURN. Subject to the provisions of the law regarding termination, if the customer is a consumer (ex art. 3 letter to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) which has entered il presente contratto in luogo diverso da un Centro "Wall strett Institute", gli è riconosciuta la facoltà di recesso ai sensi dell'art. 64 del D.Lgs. 2.206 del 6.09.2005, con l'integrale rimborso dell'importo del Corso eventualmte già pagato.
- non ho pagato nulla ancora ne' alla Wall street institute, ne alla finanziaria.
E' possibile recedere da entrambe i contratti alla luce di quanto indicatovi? Grazie
