The seniority belong in the trade agreement to those working in the same company for more than a certain period.

workers are entitled to a seniority every three years, up to a maximum of ten shots. Of course, the seniority is calculated from the date of hire.

The amount of seniority are different for different levels :

The shots are in the pay packet from the first day of the month following completion of three years of seniority. In the case of increases, the seniority can not be absorbed by them.
