Preferirei al momento rimanere anonimo, visto che parlo per conto di un'altra persona.
Vi spiego velocemente quale è il problema, circa un anno e mezzo fa, Cinzia (nome inventato) ha incontrato per strada una sua vecchia amica/compagna di scuola, questa tipa che lavora alla wall street institute, raccontando il suo lavoro, ha invitato Cinzia a vedere una lezione per capire come funzionasse, e portandola in ufficio gli ha fatto firmare delle liberatorie Privacy Policy .... Cynthia naively, as we knew for many years, she signed without reading.
After about a year (then about a month ago), Cynthia was contacted by an attorney of a financial, intimated that the well to pay € 2500 (that is the cost of an English course of the last one year) because she did not could not even have to pay the installments!
at this point, I presume that the law does not protect those who signed without reading, but know so much scam .... and secondly, as Cynthia, not knowing that they have signed for a course, of course, has never participated in any course, could expect to carry out the course or the course can be transferred to third parties?
