Trade Agreement - Thirteenth
In trade agreement the thirteenth corresponds to a salary (amount equal to one month) that the employer must pay close to Christmas.
If the employment contract did not begin on January 1 this year, the thirteenth, which is nonetheless essential to the employee, equivalent to one twelfth of the monthly salary multiplied by the months of service .
For example, if which will work from March 1 with a gross monthly salary of 1500 €, you will be entitled to: 1500/12 = 125x10 (months worked) = 1250 € gross thirteenth.
In the case of workers with commission or percentage, the calculation of the amount will be made on the average of these. In the case of unpaid absence, such as waiting periods, are not included in the calculation of the Thirteenth.
