In trade agreement, the hours bank was established to allow use of the hours worked in excess over the normal working hours, to guide them in a sort of "accounts" that the worker can use as permitted when the appropriate.

But the bank hours, there are rules to follow for the use of those hours accrued by the services provided over the working time:

• workers are not eligible for bank hours in July , August and December. Also can not access the bank hours over 10% of the workforce employed in the company
