In trade agreement there are permits for child birth allowing the working mother to assist the child during the first year of life.

In this case, the employer must grant permission two, or rest periods, for the birth of his son, also accumulated during the day. The rest is only when a working time is less than 6 hours a day.

permits have time of 1 hour each and are considered working hours in all respects. In the case of multiple births rest periods are doubled.

The right to leave for child care, is also the father recognized in the following cases:

• children entrusted only to the father if the mother
• not availing itself
• if the mother is not dependent on
• Death or serious illness of the mother

This allowance for permits for child birth are fully borne by ' INPS. Do not forget that both parents entitled to be absent from work during illness of children under 3 years of age.
