The Sunday work in trade agreement is governed by certain provisions which require that the employee also has the round of Sunday rest, should play, if requested by the work to the extent not exceeding 30% of the openings provided Sunday.
They are not expected to provide cover of Sunday work:
- mothers, fathers or caregivers of children up to 3 years
- workers who assist people with disabilities or dependents
